'Nastassja Simensky’s intervention in the River Dour references Dover’s links to the sea.  Simensky was also inspired by the houses along the river whose patio gardens overhang the waterway.  She has created a ‘floating garden’, anchored by coloured ribbons which give a sense of celebration to Dover’s hidden river.'
